SASQUATCH PADDLE WORKS is a new endeavor that has started out in the Pacific Northwest to build one-of-a kind custom kayak paddles. The paddles are made of locally acquired, superior quality woods and they are each hand carved. No two paddles are alike. Each paddle is finished with 4 layers of tongue oil which is hand rubbed into the paddle.

This style of paddle has been used by the Greenlanders and the Inuit Peoples for more than 2 thousand years and is a tried and true paddle.
